Board members are appointed in a personal capacity for three years, with the possibility of a further two-year extension. Andy has spent more than two decades working in SEAC and has extensive risk assessment and consumer safety science experience with a specialism in genetic toxicology and advancing use of NAMs and NGRA approaches for safety assessment. Over the past decade Andy has worked closely with the NC3Rs to support their replacement and reduction activities, including NC3R workshops, PhD studentships, and the CRACK IT Challenge programme.
